The apartments are spacious and offer great value, with convenient amenities like a washing machine. While the area is a bit off from the main attractions, the lovely environment and friendly staff make up for it. Just keep in mind the need for a bit of sprucing up here and there.

Convenient and perfect position, we liked staying here.
There were great-sized and newly decorated rooms with queen bed. Climate control, a lounge, and a safe were a nice touch. It offered very good service and outstanding food too.

And to top it off, the room was in terrible shape, with cockroaches everywhere and a filthy toilet that had seen better days.

I stayed for a week at this hotel while visiting family, and I had a mostly positive experience. The unit was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the convenience of a kitchenette and in-unit washer and dryer. Free, secured parking was a bonus, and it was easy to access local shopping options.

The venue is tidy, with comfy and decent location really close to shopping centres and the freeway as well as train station and other facilities...

We had a lovely stay at Best Western, enjoying the cute old-fashioned motor inn vibe. the comfortable queen suite was clean and spacious, and we loved the charming mock-tudor architecture, complemented by beautiful climbing plants in the courtyard. the location was fantastic, with a great café just across the road, and we found exploring the area using public transport easy.
Not one thing! 😊.

Booked the room with my large family for 1 night and had a very very good stay. The staff was ready to assist, very helpful people. The hotel was well-maintained and in a central location. It was across the particularly good area.

The convenience of having a well-equipped kitchen meant I could easily whip up anything from a quick sandwich to a full roast. the room’s independence from the main motel building provided a sense of privacy that I appreciated, especially as I had my own car for easy access.
I found the location of the room a bit inconvenient, as it was situated across a busy four-lane road from the reception area. While it wasn't a major issue for me since I drove, I could see it being a hassle for those arriving via taxi or Uber.

It was a great spacious room, the room service meal was just the best prompt and a generous size.

I had a really nice stay during my business trip! The location is super convenient, especially for accessing nearby hospitals and other amenities, which made my commute a breeze. The room was clean and equipped with everything I needed, like a cozy mattress and an efficient air conditioner. I also loved having an electric blanket on those chilly nights!
The bedding situation at first—just a thin doona and a spare blanket didn't keep me as warm as I’d hoped. But when I requested an extra blanket, the staff promptly helped me out. a great experience, but a little more attention to bedding would make it even better!

We really enjoyed the free parking right outside our room and the cheerful reception staff. the rooms are spacious and always spotless, making our stay super comfortable. Plus, the heating issue was quickly resolved, which was much appreciated. Although we had to deal with some wifi issues, the upgrade to a Queen Spa Suite was a nice bonus. Perfect location with shopping nearby and good car park access.
Felt truly spoiled, no reason to complain!
